 Our state-of-the-art Training Kitchen is equipped with top-tier ITW equipment, specifically selected to replicate real-world production in school kitchens. Designed for hands-on learning, this facility allows school foodservice teams and manufacturers to experience training in an environment that mirrors the tools and processes used in K-12 operations. Whether refining culinary techniques or testing new products, our Training Kitchen provides the perfect setting for innovation and excellence. 

 Our Training Room is the ideal space for presentations and classroom instruction, designed to facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences. Equipped with modern technology and a comfortable layout, it’s perfect for hosting workshops, team meetings, and training sessions. 

 Our Dining Room, with seating for up to 30 people, is the perfect setting for enjoying meals after culinary and ideation training sessions. Designed to replicate student dining spaces in schools, it offers an authentic experience to test and evaluate the impact of your creations in a realistic setting. Comfortable and inviting, it’s an ideal space for fostering collaboration and celebrating the results of your training. 

Our Podcast Studio is a professional, comfortable space designed for long, engaging conversations with K-12 stakeholders. Equipped with high-quality audio technology and an inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect setting for recording impactful discussions, sharing insights, and connecting with the K-12 community.
